BMO All-Equity ETF will employ a strategic asset allocation strategy and is expected to primarily invest in equity securities through investing in other BMO ETFs. As an alternative to or in conjunction with investing directly in ETFs, exposure may be obtained by investing directly in equity securities, in mutual funds and/or in derivative instruments.

Matt is currently the Head of Fixed Income and Equity Index ETFs. In his role, Matt, and his team, are responsible for all index tracking mandates, both equity and fixed income, managed by BMO Global Asset Management. Matt joined BMO in 2009 and joined the BMO ETF portfolio management team in 2012. Prior to this expanded role, Matt specialized in fixed income, leading the fixed income portfolio management team and acting as portfolio manager and trader, responsible for all segments of the fixed income market, both in Canada and internationally. Matt has 15 years of industry experience in managing and trading Canadian federal, provincial, corporate and real return bonds; US Treasury and corporate bonds, both investment grade and high yield (cash bonds and CDX); as well as emerging market debt. Matt has spent his entire career at BMO, joining the bank in 2009. Matt holds an HBA and MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Charterholder.
